EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@atashatelier.com within the 14-day period. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received

  • All original tags must be attached

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.


Returns

We offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your order.

We do not accept returns for orders shipped outside the European Union.

To start a return, please contact us at info@atashatelier.com. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on where and how to send your package.

Items must meet the same conditions listed above. We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order once your return has been approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
