Shipping

We offer free shipping within the European Union.

In-stock items are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days after the order has been placed.

Pre-order items need to be made first. Please allow 6–8 weeks for production before your order becomes ready for shipment. Once your pre-order is completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Delivery times after dispatch vary depending on the destination and will be displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery estimates may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.

For deliveries to the United Kingdom and countries outside the European Union, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

International shipments outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees determined by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these costs and cannot predict or reimburse them.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Customers within the European Union and the United Kingdom have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address] within the withdrawal period.

Returned items must:

  • be unused and undamaged

  • be returned in their original packaging

  • include all original components

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Additional Information

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs duties, additional shipping costs for reshipment may apply.

Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate.

We do not accept returns for orders shipped outside the European Union.
