FAQ

Materials & Craftsmanship
Each Atash Atelier bag is handcrafted in Madagascar by skilled local artisans using naturally harvested raffia. The material is processed and crocheted by hand, preserving traditional techniques and supporting sustainable, small-scale production. Subtle variations in color, texture, and shape reflect the authenticity and individuality of each piece.

Care Guide
Our bags are made from natural raffia and should be handled with care. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, heavy weight, or friction to maintain their shape and structure. If needed, gently reshape by hand.

Storage
Store your bag in a dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. When not in use, keep it in the dust bag provided to protect it from dust and light.
